Macintosh Support technique

If possible, please provide the following information

What is the version of your System?
Click the desktop and then select the top item from Apple Menu "About this computer" to find this information

Wich language is your System in?
That´s an easy one, it is the same language as the Finder menu is in, click the desktop to see it at the top of the screen. If there is no menu at the top of your screen, you have a PC, send me a mail anyway, I might be able to help you.

Do you know what could have caused the problem?
such as- I installed something from the internet, my kids played with it, my neighbor who claims to be an expert did "something"

How would you describe the problem?
-Nothing works!
Really? Does it start up? Does it show something else than the little Mac-icon on startup? Does it almost complete startup and then crash/freeze? Try to be accurate in your description.

Does the problem "come and go" or is it constant?
It just happens when I want to Print / Scan / Connect my digital camera

Wich model is it? PowerBook? iMac?
